Exchange and Refund

- Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order, provided that items are in their original, unused packaging. however, damaged products or items not in their original packaging with attached original labels are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. 

- Delivery fees are applied when exchanges are made.

- The refund will be transferred through InstaPay when the package is received.
